What will happen to your vehicle handover?

As a result of the new measures introduced by the UK government on 23rd March, we are unable to conduct any store collections or home deliveries for a minimum period of three weeks. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and contact you as soon as we are able to reschedule your handover.

Will my Part Exchange price change?

If you have placed an order with a part-exchange, we will maintain the equity position that you were in for the next 30 days or, if you own the vehicle outright, we will stand on the price for 30 days. If your part-exchange has completed significantly more miles, however, our valuation will be reassessed.

Will the price of my vehicle change as a result of the Government’s decision to suspend deliveries?

Your finance and cash price will be maintained for 30 days.

What happens if I make a change to my order?

If you wish to make any changes to the vehicle that you have ordered with us, this will be treated as a new order, and the price of your vehicle and our part-exchange valuation will be based on our current website prices.

Will I be expected to pay the increase in VED?

We are waiting for further information from the Government regarding the VED increase which is due to be introduced to all vehicles registered from the 1st of April onwards. Once we can confirm the Government's position we’ll be in touch to confirm how this affects your order.
